Clopay’s CLASSIC™ collection provides the traditional raised-panel style garage door in a wide range of construction and design options, allowing you to take the time-tested, classic garage door look and make it your own. CONSTRUCTION OVERVIEW

  • Short and long panel steel garage doors.
  • Durable steel garage doors available in 3, 2 or 1-layer construction.
  • Insulation options include 2″ or 1-3/8″ Intellicore® polyurethane, 2″ or 1-3/8″ polystyrene or 1-5/16″ vinyl backed polystyrene insulation available. Insulated door R-values from 6.3 to 18.4.
  • The steel skins are protected by the use of a tough, layered coating system, which includes a hot-dipped galvanized layer and baked-on primer and top coat.

 

DESIGN OVERVIEW

  • Available in short and long raised panel design options. The three-layer Premium doors have a defined Elegant raised panel design.
  • 14 factory finish paint colors available, including Standard White, Mocha Brown, Ultra-Grain® Classic Cherry Finish and more.
  • A wide variety of window options are available, including decorative, architectural, and double-top window sections.
  • Multiple glass options available including acrylic, insulated, frosted, seeded, rain and obscure.
  • Window grilles are removable for easy cleaning.

OVERVIEW

Clopay® Avante® Collection garage doors are constructed with aluminum and glass panels, lending a clean and modern aesthetic to any home or building. Avante® doors come with a five-year warranty on the finish and a three-year warranty on hardware. The collection offers two models, the Avante AV and the Avante AX. Both models are characterized by the following features:

  • Durable, low-maintenance 2-1/8″ commercial grade aluminum frame with many glazing options.
  • Frame and solid aluminum panels available in choice of anodized and powder-coated finishes.
  • Tempered full-view glass, acrylic or solid aluminum panel options. Insulated glass garage door panels are available for increased energy efficiency.

The CANYON RIDGE® collection LIMITED EDITION series combines the most popular elements of residential garage doors to create a unique, fashionable and functional garage door for your home. The time-tested, carriage-house design meets the modern strength of steel and composite, providing a warm authentic look with lower maintenance and high durability.


CONSTRUCTION OVERVIEW

  • 5-layer steel carriage house garage doors with faux wood overlay.
  • 2″ Intellicore® polyurethane insulation with a thermal break. This garage door has a 20.4 R-value.
  • Features Clopay’s patented Safe-T-Bracket ® safety feature.


DESIGN OVERVIEW

  • The cladding and overlay materials are molded from actual wood pieces to reproduce the natural texture and intricate grain patterns of the species they emulate.
  • Available composite cladding materials are Clear Cypress, Mahogany and Pecky Cypress. Available composite overlay materials are Clear Cypress and Mahogany.
  • Many glass options, including clear, seeded, rain, obscure, frosted and insulated.
  • Attractive beveled edge clip-in window grilles are removable for easy cleaning.

  • Insulated door R-values range from 4.4 to 18.4.
  • The steel skins are protected by the use of a tough, layered coating system, which includes a hot-dipped galvanized layer and baked-on primer and top coat.

  • Available as either a flush or grooved steel panel design.
  • Steel surface textures vary by model and paint surface.
  • 13 factory finish options available, including Ultra-Grain® wood-look finishes.
